Viking Mira Delivered at Ancona

Fincantieri and Viking celebrated the delivery of the Viking Mira at the Ancona shipyard on May 26, 2026. The newbuild has a gross tonnage of approximately 54,300 tons, 499 cabins and can accommodate up to 998 passengers. The ship will operate on itineraries in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. The collaboration between Fincantieri and Viking, which began in 2012, now includes a total portfolio of 26 vessels, with two additional expedition cruise ships scheduled for delivery in 2030 and 2031.
