Damen Signs with Carmet Tug Company for Multi Cat 2309
Damen Shipyards Group signed a contract with Carmet Tug Company on 9 June at the Seawork exhibition in Southampton for a Multi Cat 2309 tug. The vessel will be delivered on 3 July, just four weeks after signing, leveraging Damen's stock building programme. The tug will include a Damen Marine NOx Reduction System reducing NOx emissions by 80% in line with IMO Tier III requirements.
