Oceanwide Expeditions Hondius Crew Completes Quarantine Period

Oceanwide Expeditions announced on June 18, 2026, that all remaining crew members of the Hondius who quarantined have completed their quarantine period and are returning to their home countries. Crew disembarked in Rotterdam on May 18 and Tenerife on May 11. No health complaints or further hantavirus cases were reported, with tests returning negative results. The vessel was cleared by Dutch Health Authorities to return to service on May 30 and is currently operating in the Arctic with an entirely new crew.
