The Caribbean will command 41 percent of global cruise passenger capacity in 2026, reaching 17 million passengers, according to the 2026 Cruise Industry News Annual Report. The Mediterranean follows with 15 percent and 6 million passengers, while Asia-Pacific accounts for 11.4 percent with 4.4 million passengers. The industry's total estimated passenger volume for 2026 is 40 million.
