CMA CGM to acquire FedEx Supply Chain for $1.4 billion, expanding North American logistics
CMA CGM Group announced an agreement to acquire FedEx Supply Chain at an enterprise value of $1.4 billion, expected to close in 2026. The acquisition will nearly triple CEVA Logistics' North American contract logistics operations, integrating nearly 10,000 team members and approximately 150 warehouses. The combined entity will operate with a workforce of 20,000 people across more than 240 locations. Additionally, CMA CGM and FedEx expect to enter into multi-year commercial agreements for ocean and air freight services.
