Global Ports Holding appoints Emilio Vázquez Villanueva as manager of Acapulco Cruise Port

Global Ports Holding (GPH) appointed Emilio Vázquez Villanueva as general manager of Acapulco Cruise Port, Mexico. Vázquez Villanueva brings extensive experience in port operations, tourism, and stakeholder engagement across private and public sectors. He holds degrees in Economics and Fiscal Planning and International Taxation, and previously served as Commercial Manager at ASIPONA in Acapulco since 2023 and as Subsecretary of Tourism Promotion. The appointment follows GPH's recent acquisition of the 24-year concession to operate and develop the cruise port.
