NGO Seeks Answers After CBP Removed Crew from Cruise Ships
Immigration advocacy groups are demanding answers after U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents removed 10 crewmembers from the Disney Magic on April 23 and four from a Holland America Line ship two days later in San Diego. The groups assert the crew were performing their duties and not attempting to exit. This follows similar incidents last summer involving Carnival Cruise Line ships and the Philippine government's October 2025 investigation into the removals.
