HAL-Holland America and Seabourn expand Taiwan cruise operations for 2028–2029

Holland America Line and Seabourn plan to expand their presence in Taiwan between 2028 and 2029, introducing additional port calls and Taiwan-focused itineraries showcasing six principal cruise ports. The expansion follows familiarisation visits in November 2025 organised by the Taiwan International Ports Corporation (TIPC) and Taiwan Tourism Administration. Seabourn will operate itineraries calling at Keelung, Hualien, Taichung, Anping, Kaohsiung and Penghu, with scheduled sailings in February 2028 and February 2029.
