Inocar warns of very rough sea conditions on the Ecuadorian coast during the weekend

The Oceanographic and Antarctic Institute of the Navy (Inocar) reported that between June 14 and 15, a strengthening of waves will be recorded on the continental and insular coast of Ecuador, coinciding with a period of spring tide. The rough and very rough sea conditions could cause intense breaking waves and rip currents, affecting recreational, fishing, and navigation activities, especially for smaller vessels.
