Uruguay: ANP presents logistical opportunities of Punta del Arenal Sur for fuel transshipment in Paraguay

The National Ports Administration (ANP) presented in Paraguay the development opportunities of the Punta del Arenal Sur Complement and Lightering Zone, located at km 18,500 of the Uruguay River, for fuel transshipment operations. The event took place at the Uruguayan embassy in Asunción, led by President Pablo Genta and Commercial Development Division Chief Carla Gianoni. The project includes a tender this year for the installation of mooring buoys for STS operations, with an award in 18 months, extendable.
