Chancay, one year of competitiveness contributing to the growth of foreign trade
The Chancay Multipurpose Port completed its first year of operations with 502,646 TEUs mobilized and 2.4 million tons of cargo. Between January and May 2026, it registered a 44% growth in vessels served and a 74% increase in cargo volume. The port has mobilized 3.6 billion dollars in imports and exports, contributing 1.6 billion soles in tax revenue to Peru.
